#CHARITY BEGINS AT HOME [1 TIMOTHY 5:8]

The voluntary giving of help to those in need begins at home and from there it spread out that is the God’s principle, I mean it is the person’s responsibility to provide needs of his/her own family and relatives first. Therefore it is really hypocritical act if we say we love and help others while hating and not helping our own family members and relatives.

There is a greater connection between helping your own family members and the faith in Christ; this means your denial in helping your relatives while you do so to others and you have that ability; it’s hypocrisy you are actually denying that faith in Christ. Jesus Christ says in Luke 6:42 that; “How can you think of saying, 'Friend, let me help you get rid of that speck in your eye,' when you can't see past the log in your own eye? Hypocrite! First get rid of the log in your own eye; then you will see well enough to deal with the speck in your friend's eye”. This is because your family members and relatives it’s you i.e. your blood line, it is your DNA in natural form.  This is why the Bible in 1 Timothy 5:8 warn us that; “But if anyone does not provide/care for his relatives, and especially for members of his household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever”. And it’s gone so far in a way that God calls liars those who don’t love their brothers in 1 John 4:20 says; “If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen?”

Thus let we not be insincere, let we firstly help our family members and relatives before turning to others in need by the power of Holy Ghost because God’s love is God since God is love; His love is omnipresent i.e. touches all without discrimination, Amen.

#REALIZE THE POWER OF SPOKEN WORD

Become conscious of that power in words we speak i.e. apprehend it; speak life and not death, speak blessing and not curse. The word is power; the voice given out by breath that God breath in us, it signifies a lot! There is strength; there is authority in the word we speak.

Power of spoken word; the bible says in proverbs 18:21 that “Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof”. Also in Deuteronomy 30:19 the Lord says "I call heaven and earth to witness against you today, that I have set before you life and death, the blessing and the curse. So choose life in order that you may live, you and your descendants. Therefore see The Lord our GOD set before us all; life and good, and death and evil (Deuteronomy 30:15); so desire the best today and earn its fruits thereof.

Illustrative example from a Centurion of Capernaum in Matthew 8:5-13 the bible says; And when Jesus was entered into Capernaum, there came unto him a centurion, beseeching him, and saying, Lord, my servant lieth at home sick of the palsy, grievously tormented. And Jesus saith unto him, I will come and heal him. The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed. For I am a man under authority, having soldiers under me: and I say to this man, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he cometh; and to my servant, Do this, and he doeth it. When Jesus heard it, he marvelled, and said to them that followed, Verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel. And I say unto you, that many shall come from the east and west, and shall sit down with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, in the kingdom of heaven. But the children of the kingdom shall be cast out into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. And Jesus said unto the centurion, Go thy way; and as thou hast believed, so be it done unto thee. And his servant was healed in the selfsame hour.

Amazing faith of Centurion about power of spoken word; He realized that words he speaks works 100%, when he say go!, those under him do the same, when he say come!, they come, do this!, they do. If those ordinary words we speak have that domino effect what more of the God’s word from the Bible. Powerful! Try it today, speak God’s word! You will wonder the results thereof.

Believe the God’s word, Believe Jesus of Nazareth; you will surely flourish, by the power of Holy Ghost, Amen……….

#IDIOCY OF HUMAN BEING ABOUT OWNERSHIP

Vanity of vanities, saith the Preacher in Ecclesiastes 1:2, that all is vanity.

Read more the 1st chapter of Ecclesiastes; this means it’s all meaningless! The things we are striving for are just vexation of spirit i.e. chasing after winds. This actually is the stupidity for what is done by humankind without knowledge of God, we have a propensity of encouraging each other as if we are reaching somewhere at high altitude or achieving certain goal <triumph> which actually to God without His knowledge is nonsense I mean senselessness. Question to ask what will we benefit or profit @ last if we have all of the worldly materials (i.e. gain the whole world), if not losing or forfeiting our souls? (Mark 8:36)

God the Almighty as a Creator of heaven and earth, He OWNS all things. In Lev. 25:23 the law says that “the land shall not be sold permanently,” because God OWNS it by right of creation. Yet each tribe and family in Israel had certainly been given authority over their portion of God's land.

[“The land must not be sold permanently, because the land is mine and you reside in my land as foreigners and strangers –Levi 25:23”]

In Lev. 25:23 we see that man's land could not be sold permanently. Jesus Christ is the final voice to decide and judge over the use of it and limit upon man's use of God's land. Man is made of the dust of the ground (Gen. 2:7) and so our bodies are part of His “land”. We have been given authority over our "land", even as Israel was given authority over their inheritance. But God still retains sovereignty. Then why do we; mankind endeavor for what we are not final owner without intimacy with Him who owns all things I mean while the relationship with God is in vain i.e. our humility and obedience to Him; concerning this, what do you think about your end?

2 Timothy 3:1 says; “There will be terrible times in the last days” This knows also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. Note this you claim to have ownership of many worldly material things; now think of this how many generations lived in the same land you claim to own it, can you count it?, and if not so, believe it all generations lived in this earth and those to come then for this case who is the really owner of it; if not God Almighty?

The Bible speaks of the day of Doom (Luke 21:11, Ezekiel 30:3, Zephaniah 1:14, Obadiah 1:15, Joel 1:15) that it will be terrible times I mean really day of gloomy; and the cry on that day of the LORD will be bitter.

 Make decision today to believe God Almighty with all your heart in Jesus Christ Name, because no wonder in the day of doom the plot of land you are in which you claim its yours, you might found in that day millions of human beings are just emerging unexpectedly who also lived there at the same plot and they also claimed the same, how terrible is that!. This is merely to show you that no humankind own land even his body. All things under the sun is Vanity only God knows His own things, therefore believe Jesus Christ today, He will truly enlighten your way to heavenly paradise; the permanent residence by the power of Holy Ghost, Amen.

#NYERERE OUR HERO of TANZANIA

  Yah! True, some said Julius Nyerere spent less time with just few people like a committee not sure but not more than 10 or 20 and made the constitution of United Republic of Tanzania and it has survived for more than 50 years without blood shedding, do you think it was by the power of human being, not so but indeed was the God's power in him regardless of other weaknesses he had, and this is clearly seen now so many people more than 1000 who rely on their strength for Constitution of United Republic of Tanzania and not in making new one but just amending the existing one as a result nothing comes out at a time compared to the time spent by them on it rather jeopardize our peace, it also smell like bad things will happen in Tanzania but we don't pray for that to happen rather a peace of our country and wisdom of God to intervene on that. I know Nyerere read and meditated the Holy Bible and he got wisdom and rewards from those scriptures he understood from the Bible. Always there is the reward for those who use Holy Bible as the source of wisdom on their life and they always end well, search history of Greek warriors and heroes regardless of anything they are well known in the Bible as “wisdom seekers”. So i also believe in that too.

  I believe also what God disunite or split no man can unite except Him, God the Almighty. If it was God who divided people by confusing their tongues and let them spoke different languages so, that they cannot understood each other and not be able to built again tower of Babel, then its only God Almighty who can unite them again. Therefore not by his strength Nyerere was able to unite 132 tribes of Tanzania (while you know well historically the way castle or fortress of each tribe it was I mean it was not easy because each tribe acted as an own or individual dominion with its own ruler and traditions) and let them be able to speak one language "Swahili" it is marvelous and really hand of God and Glory to God. There are many things God does to man, but man understood it not, even to fully appreciate it is very very difficult, while it is well known that no man can achieve anything on his own strength as human except only by the God's power with the approval of the name JESUS as the Seal of God.

  Those who say more bad things than good to J. Nyerere this is only because it was not them whom God use to lead Tanzania and create foundation of peace to date for more than 50 years which many countries fail to achieve it.

#YOU ARE NOT MOST POWERFUL UNTIL YOU OVERPOWER THE POWER THAT DRAGS YOU DOWN

  I really wonder on this; Maasai community tends to rub themselves with lion’s oil to protect themselves and their bomas’ property including animals against lions so, that when lion came and sense the smell of lion’s oil on them don’t come near or even run away from them; then if so the story is marvelous.

  But all in all to God the case is different; we don’t change ourselves to be like them so, that we can be feared by them but rather the fear in them about us is what changes them to be like us, that is the great sign of power (Read story of Daniel in the den of lions <Daniel 6>).

  If Lion is the King of Jungle for you to overpower Lion you need to be feared by Lion and not by other animals like antelope. I mean for the strong army to fear you, you need to be like the mighty army yourself as a one man with JESUS (e.g in the Bible story of Leprous men <2 Kings 7> and the story of Gideon in Judges 6 & 7). This means once you are in JESUS in whatever situation you don't struggle to be compatible with them but rather them to be compatible with you that's what called the power of change in Christ. And that act of causing all things of human nature to gravitate toward the Love of God Spiritually in Christ Jesus of Nazareth is what means God's power @ work.

  Therefore until you realize JESUS is God and He is the One doing all things in us, then is when God's power is strengthened in you. So, all need God’s approval to get really success i.e. stress free-prosperity with joyous heart and JESUS Name is the only SEAL of GOD to approve all things in this earth. Believe God your rescuer and trust His name JESUS; for sure in Him you will find rescue and rest.

Be Gravity force of God in JESUS Name, Amen.

#IN WHATEVER SCENARIO BE SPIRITED FOR GOD TO USE YOU MIGHTILY

   About the parables of Jesus Christ that will make you understand the reason and purpose of your existence into this world since when you were born from heaven. This means you will understand what have been installed in you and what you are supposed to do with it as per God’s plan and will and the liability behind it?

   Scenario as situation or circumstance can be in anyway such like that one happened to leprous men at the gate in the days of Elisha in 2 Kings 7, thus be spirited for God i.e. be determined for Him to use you.

   Matthew 25: 1-13; Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom. And five of them were wise, and five were foolish.  They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them:  But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps (Matthew 25:1-4). Each of ten virgins had a lamp i.e. light of God; above that others took with them oil in their vessels and others not they just took only lamps with no vessels of oil  and thus the different between them is what made other 5 wiser and other 5 foolish. Here is the lesson; be determined how can you be sure of your light if you don’t keep oil in your vessel, while continuous lighting is only option for God to consider you in His eternal life? Therefore despite of your lamp which means light in you, you need also to keep oil in your vessel to keep lighting; thus keep oil I mean keep praying to have permanent light which is accountable to God Almighty.

  Matthew 25:  14-46; For the kingdom of heaven is as a man travelling into a far country, who called his own servants, and delivered unto them his goods. And unto one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one; to every man according to his several ability; and straightway took his journey (Matthew 25:14-15). You see in whatever situation be fit; nothing God do which is wrong because it might be for you to be given less than others means you are better than them all, it can also means it is in your capacity to be given less so, that you can be able to control it all are answers, but the best thing is that Be determined! don’t leave your mission in this world behind you because it is the only purpose for your existence. Whether you are given less than others to God it might be so because there is more strength God invested in you in the way that those given 5 or 2 are likely equal to you who given only 1 or whether you are given more than others which might also mean you have more to achieve/accomplish as long as you live in this planet.

   Having said so in every scenario you are in, be spirited so that God the father can use you mightily. Lord Jesus of Nazareth help us to understand and have determination for the purpose which you sent us into this world to accomplish it as per God’s plan and will as long as we live. Let we be determined without losing focus, by the power of Holy Ghost, Amen.

#RAISE STANDARD OF LIVING

Any gift we have is from the most high God with whom there is no variation or variableness, neither shadow of turning (James 1:17) and the faith in us is what control the use of those gifts (Romans 12:6).  The Holy Bible says that any God’s gift in us should be used in accordance with or in proportion to our faith; in another way it is difficult to be elevated to the state where our faith cannot reach.

The standard of living in us will not be raised up if the faith in us is not raised up. This is to say the standard of life in our gifts is controlled by the faith we have in Christ Jesus of Nazareth, because having faith in Jesus is having faith in God and believing Jesus is believing the Almighty God and believing in Him means you have faith that it can be done. The gift is not a gift until you believe in God the provider that it can be done; and that faith in Him is what set standard of living the gift in the way Jesus wished in our life. No one is able to raise his or her standard of living unless God wished and said so, since there is no power but of God (Romans 13:1) and actually living the real life involves God's gift which is good and perfect from above; from the Almighty God.

Having said so, let your faith in God be raised up i.e. that belief in God the provider, in order the standard of living your gift from God the provider to be raised also dramatically.

#GIDEON AND 300 VS KING LEONIDAS AND 300

Cinema based on true story and those based on history records or likely facts sometime builds one’s soul but others destroy it. One time I watched the 300 movie based on story of King Leonidas of Sparta and his 300 Spartans, as I was digesting that movie, the story of Gideon and his 300 Israel army in the Holy Bible came up in my mind and I began expounding it more  and more in Book of Judges chapters 6 & 7, I realised and it’s truly that Almighty God don’t want us to be trained on some human doctrines of how to became strong and brave so as to be most powerful people in the universe but only to focus on Him and learn His ways, hear His orders and commands, know Him well and do His will, that’s enough measure of making us hero and warrior in this world. The body exercise for years to build up muscles, strength and confident doesn't matter to Almighty God simply because He is strong in our weakness. Note that, knowing Him includes our obedience and humility to Him, those are key factors above all which makes us most powerful and brave as human being over the worldly kingdoms.

You see, this is how success story of Gideon as a mighty man of valour featured in the Holy Bible; originally Gideon name in Hebrew means "Mighty warrior" or "Destroyer" and his calling to be warrior of Israel begin in Judges 6:11-12; “And there came an angel of the LORD, and sat under an oak which was in Ophrah, that pertained unto Joash the Abiezrite and his son Gideon threshed wheat by the winepress, to hide it from the Midianites. And the angel of the LORD appeared unto him, and said unto him, The LORD is with thee, thou mighty man of valour/O valiant warrior." Then in Judges 6:14 says; “The LORD looked at him and said, "Go in this your strength and deliver Israel from the hand of Midian. Have I not sent you?". So the appearance of the Lord and His word to him signified he is really valiant warrior. The Lord didn't want to hear anything from him concerning his forefathers’ stories and his family being least in Manasseh and him being youngest in his father’s home (Judges 6:15). But the LORD said to him in Judges 6:16, "Surely I will be with you, and you shall defeat Midian as one man."

Gideon then asked for sign if it’s really the Lord speaking to him and the Lord our God showed him sign and he made offerings there and it was consumed by fire (Judges 6:17-23). When Gideon saw that he was the angel of the LORD, he said, "Alas, O Lord GOD! For now I have seen the angel of the LORD face to face." The LORD said to him, "Peace to you, do not fear; you shall not die." Then Gideon built an altar there to the LORD and named it The LORD is Peace. To this day it is still in Ophrah of the Abiezrites (Judges 6:22-24). After that understanding and proof then Gideon knew himself that he is really valiant warrior in that very day as per earlier God’s word to him. The same night, Lord told him to destroy the Altar of Baal of his father and cut down Asherah that is besides it and made the Altar of the Lord (Judges 6:25-29) then, he did so and action of his purpose of defeating Midian began.

Gideon asked again for the sign of fleece from the Lord God (Judges 6:34-40); the Lord did that and guided him in the selection of 300 Israel Army; firstly Gideon gathered more than 32,000 soldiers and the LORD said to Gideon in Judges 7:2; "The people who are with you are too many for Me to give Midian into their hands, for Israel would become boastful, saying, 'My own power has delivered me.'” Judges 7:3 says “Now therefore proclaim in the ears of the people, saying, ‘Whoever is fearful and trembling, let him return home and hurry away from Mount Gilead.’” Then 22,000 of the people returned, and 10,000 remained”. Then the LORD said to Gideon, "The people are still too many; bring them down to the water and I will test them for you there. Therefore it shall be that he of whom I say to you, 'This one shall go with you,' he shall go with you; but every one of whom I say to you, 'This one shall not go with you,' he shall not go." So he brought the people down to the water. And the LORD said to Gideon, "You shall separate everyone who laps the water with his tongue as a dog laps, as well as everyone who kneels to drink." Now the number of those who lapped, putting their hand to their mouth, was 300 men; but all the rest of the people kneeled to drink water. The LORD said to Gideon, "I will deliver you with the 300 men who lapped and will give the Midianites into your hands; so let all the other people go, each man to his home." (Judges 7:4-7).

That same night Gideon went with Purah his servant as per the Lord advice and the Lord God said to him you will hear what they say; and afterward your hands will be strengthened that you may go down against the camp (Judges 7:9-11). Now the Midianites and the Amalekites and all the sons of the east were lying in the valley as numerous as locusts; and their camels were without number, as numerous as the sand on the seashore (Judges 7:12). When Gideon came, behold, a man was relating a dream to his friend. And he said, "Behold, I had a dream; a loaf of barley bread was tumbling into the camp of Midian, and it came to the tent and struck it so that it fell, and turned it upside down so that the tent lay flat." His friend replied, "This is nothing less than the sword of Gideon the son of Joash, a man of Israel; God has given Midian and all the camp into his hand (Judges 7:13-14)" and Gideon heard it clearly just as the Lord said to him and when he heard the account of the dream and its interpretation, he bowed in worship. He returned to the camp of Israel and said, "Arise, for the LORD has given the camp of Midian into your hands." (Judges 7:15).

Just like that! then Gideon and his 300 men divided into three companies they just blew the trumpets and broke the pitchers around their camps as per Gideon direction while their torches were on left hands and trumpets in the right hands for blowing and cried “the Sword of the Lord and of Gideon”. Then men in the camps of Midian and Amalekites ran and cried as they fled and when they blew that 300 trumpets, the LORD set the sword of one against another even throughout the whole army; and the army fled as far as Beth-shittah toward Zererah, as far as the edge of Abel-meholah, by Tabbath (Judges 7:16-25).

That’s how Gideon became valiant warrior made by the Almighty God, if we turn on to this 300 movie based on the story of King Leonidas of Sparta which retell the Battle of Thermopylae within the Persian Wars.

 Before Leonidas crowned as a King, in his young life i.e. his journey from young to man, he was trained per Spartan doctrine (human based wisdom); on how to be powerful and other intelligence in that doctrine. The aim of the system was to produce physically and morally strong males to serve in the Spartan army. The men would become the "walls of Sparta" because Sparta was the only Greek city with no defensive walls after they had been demolished at the order of Lycurgus. Discipline was strict and the males were encouraged to fight amongst themselves to determine the strongest member of the group. Then after Persian messengers arrive at the gates of Sparta demanding its submission to King Xerxes, the crowned king Leonidas visits the Ephors, proposing a strategy to repel the numerically superior Persians by using the terrain of the Hot Gates (Thermopylae) – his plan involved funneling the Persians into a narrow pass between the rocks and the sea. The Ephors consult the Oracle; the one who spoke on behalf of gods. But in all that there was no enough assurance of King Leonidas with his 300 of his best soldiers he selected to defeat god-King Xerxes and his army of more than 300,000 soldiers.

Along the way to Thermopylae, they joined by Arcadians and various other Greeks. They constructed a wall at Thermopylae to contain the approaching Persian advance. Meanwhile, Leonidas encounters Ephialtes, a hunchbacked Spartan whose parents fled Sparta to spare him certain infanticide. Ephialtes asks to redeem his father's name by joining Leonidas, warning him of a secret path the Persians could use to outflank and surround them. Leonidas was sympathetic to the eager warrior but rejected him, as Ephialtes cannot properly hold a shield, which would compromise the Spartans' phalanx formation.

 Prior to the battle, the Persians demand that the Spartans lay down their weapons. Leonidas refused, and with their tightly-knit phalanx formation the Spartans use the narrow terrain to repeatedly rebuff the advancing Persian army. Xerxes personally approaches Leonidas to persuade him to surrender, offering Leonidas wealth and power in exchange for his loyalty. Leonidas declined and promised instead to make the "god-King" bleed. Outraged, Xerxes sent in his elite guard, the Immortals, whom the Spartans dispatched. As the Spartans continue to defeat Xerxes' forces, Ephialtes defected to the Persian king and reveals the location of the secret path. When they realized Ephialtes' treachery, the Arcadians retreat. Leonidas ordered a reluctant Dilios to return to Sparta to tell the Council of their sacrifice. At Thermopylae as the Persians surround the Spartans, Xerxes' general demands their surrender, again offering Leonidas titles and prestige. Leonidas seemingly bows in submission, allowing one of his men to leap over him and kill the general. A furious Xerxes orders his troops to attack. As Persian archers shoot at the remaining Spartans, Leonidas rises and hurls his spear at Xerxes, cutting the Persian, thus making good on his promise to make "the god-King bleed." Visibly disturbed by this reminder of his own mortality, Xerxes watches as all of the Spartans are felled by arrows.

The story of King Leonidas ends just like that no assurance to win, too much betrayal, rely upon fake powers and human strength which is not enough to term yourself powerful and brave. Keep in mind that; full equipped King Leonidas was fighting against more than 300,000 soldiers of god-King Xerxes but failed and died while Gideon with no weapons but just the God's word and trumpets fight the uncountable enemies who were numerous as locusts; and their camels were without number, as numerous as the sand on the seashore and won. Do you know exactly why Gideon the valiant warrior of the Lord won the battle and King Leonidas of Sparta failed and died, this is simply because there is no sufficient support one can rely on than that of Holy Ghost in Jesus Christ name.

To top it up; always Holy Spirit is the best influence in man's life but those who depend on human based wisdom and strength indeed their falling point is there and proved.

No wonder, for the case of King Leonidas (who reigned for 10 years only from 489 to 480 BC) and his idea of selecting 300 Spartans came from the Holy Bible specifically Gideon's success story ((Judges 6&8) who judged Israelites for 40 years (Judges 8:28) from 1191 to 1144 BC and the land had peace in his period), you never know because it is written in 1 Corinthians 1:22 that Greeks seek after wisdom; it might be he was wise on that adoption but wrong consideration and motive, there's saying that, "when you like pumpkin like even its flowers", so he overlooked on that because it was not just about Gideon success story that mattered to him but the issue behind it, which actually King Leonidas missed it and that is Holy Ghost; King Leonidas failed to master Holy Ghost and Holy Ghost failed him and his story ended like that. Thus as per these words, Man without Holy Ghost it's like Aircraft without Pilot or Ship without Sailor or Robot without Creator the Outcome is what for!, it is useless, nothing or death and this is because Holy Ghost is GOD who is Able to create, to deliver, to rescue, to empower, to defend Man in every situation or any circumstance facing humankind in the world and no other.

There's high assurance to conquer in any man who put trust on the Lord, just like King David; the way he was saved from his rivals where by the Lord let even the forest to fight for him and noted in the Holy Bible that the forest/wood devoured more people than the sword did, 20,000 men from enemy side died on that day (2 Samuel 18:8).

What thing is impossible to God?

God is ABLE; No need to worry about Him or not to believe in Him or even think of negative things about Him simply because He is the ALMIGHTY GOD; who then can try to stand against Him?

Just believe JESUS, He will be really your STRONG TOWER!
