#LET THE LIGHT SHINE TO THE LIGHT

He came unto His own, and His own received Him not.  But as many as received Him, to them He gave power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on His name. (John 1:11-12)

This means if the sons of God had only received Him; by agreeing to the given directions of Jesus of Nazareth, God was to intensify their illumination (from Old to New revealed power in Jesus). But because they did not receive Him to those assumed to be the last became the first i.e. those who were not the primary target, they are not merely became sons of light but they are given God’s power to become Sons of God, i.e. Sons of light, Sons of blessing, Sons of Life because of that virtue of God’s power.

This always had an effects as in a magnet; like poles repeal each other but unlike poles attract each other, in another way in unlike poles is where you can have the test of power and its effect too.

I mean it’s true that the light is there to consume the darkness but it’s not there for darkness only that’s why there is the “bright light” and “dim light” all are lights but different illumination. Therefore to many it’s like nonsense for light to consume the light but one thing you should know it worth consideration. Let the light shine to the light i.e. intensify your illumination. Just as it is written in Proverbs 27:17 that; as Iron sharpens Iron so, one person sharpens another.

That’s why even the Holy Bible warns us in 1 Corinthians 10:12; whoever think he/she is standing firm, be careful that he/she don't fall!, I can say this is the one of the major challenge to the sons of light to “lower ourselves”, and this was also observed in John after Elijah’s Spirit left him and then King Herod behead him. I say this is the truth, it happened and it is still happening today.

Let me give you one example of this effect back in the days concerned Jacob’s family and Joseph. His brothers decided to sell him to the Ishmaelites to Egypt, only because Joseph was their light. Potiphar – Pharaoh’s Captain bought Joseph although he worshipped other gods/darkness but he saw Light in Joseph and respected Joseph; He gave Joseph authority over all in his house and properties except his wife and Potiphar became prosperous man. Simply because he saw God in Joseph and respected, The same to Pharaoh; he saw Joseph as a solution to his dominion because of that God’s wisdom and dreams’ interpretations Joseph had. This respect of Pharaoh to Joseph made Pharaoh famous to date i.e. it was Joseph who made him powerful and richest in the world in that time.

By the way this was the grace of God upon Jacob’s family in Canaan at that time through Joseph, what was done to pharaoh (darkness) it was a God’s plan to be done in Canaan – Jacob’s family (light) but it was been push out by Joseph’s brothers (light) just because of envy. i.e. why him and not us, and it cost them very much until they found rest in Egypt to the slave they let to fulfill the word of God in regard to them (Read more Genesis chap.37-50). Remember that; it's only in this universe where you can practice humility to Almighty God and to the fellow human beings with the grace of God more than you and not in the heaven, in another way if you are not humble on the earth don't expect to be humble in heaven. Amen
