Like Israelites under guidance of Moses for 40 years they wandered through the desert with unlimited food from heaven (Manna), water provision for their thirst, Nehemiah 9: 20-21 says;
20"You gave Your good Spirit to instruct them, Your manna You did not withhold from their mouth, And You gave them water for their thirst. 21"Indeed, forty years You provided for them in the wilderness and they were not in want; their clothes did not wear out, nor did their feet swell”.
Also Deuteronomy 8:4 & 29:5 says;
8:4"Your clothing did not wear out on you, nor did your foot swell these forty years.
29:5"I have led you forty years in the wilderness; your clothes have not worn out on you, and your sandal has not worn out on your foot.
As with Moses, Israelites were well nourished in the desert for 40 years, the same to 12 Disciples of Jesus Christ all walked like Him, talked like Him, dressed like Him they were compatible with the Spirit of God in Christ and lack nothing for 3 years of the ministry.
But at that time when the Spirit of God left them all they began to experience hardship and scarcity in everything.
This confirmed even in Joshua 5:12 which says; The manna ceased on the day after they had eaten some of the produce of the land, so that the sons of Israel no longer had manna, but they ate some of the yield of the land of Canaan during that year.
Even disciples of Jesus Christ after he was taken; Peter denied Him, Juda betrayed Him and others feared. What I can tell you on this is that no one is able to crucify the Holy Spirit of God (its revelation).
Things change when the spirit of the God leaves you, but it became more complicated with hardship experiences in your doings when you turn back from the right way.
Stand still in your Faith,
Believe in JESUS CHRIST all your life He is faithful & will not make you shameful.
